You must contact your operator first
Under the CRA Act 2012, BOCRA can only investigate a complaint after the consumer has first raised the issue directly with their operator and not received a satisfactory resolution. BOCRA will not process complaints that bypass this step.
BOCRA will only investigate complaints where sufficient evidence of a breach of the CRA Act 2012 or licence conditions exists. Learn about the complaints process.
